中国科学院新疆生态与地理研究所（以下简称“新疆生地所”）成立于1961年，是中国科学院部署在西北地区主要从事干旱区生态与环境相关研究的国立科研机构，也是中国科学院大学研究生教育的培养单位之一。

新疆生地所长期围绕干旱区自然资源开发、生态修复、环境治理、生物多样性保育和区域可持续发展等重大问题开展研究和试验示范，是在世界干旱区生态环境领域具有重要国际影响、高水平的研究机构。累计获得省部级以上各类成果奖300余项，其中包括联合国奖2项，国家奖近40项。地球科学、环境/生态学、植物与动物科学、农业科学和工程学五个学科进入ESI全球前1%。

新疆生地所建有干旱区生态安全与可持续发展重点实验室、国家荒漠-绿洲生态建设工程技术研究中心、新疆矿产资源研究中心、中国科学院中亚生态与环境研究中心，以及新疆旅游研究院、丝路绿色发展研究中心等研究单元；拥有院大型仪器区域中心、文献信息中心、新疆自然博物馆等支撑平台，并主办学术期刊6部。建有“一带一路”国际科学组织联盟荒漠化专题联盟（ANSO-ACD）；与相关国外机构联合建有干旱区生物多样性保护联合体（BCAA）、中美国际干旱区生态研究中心、中日干旱区生态研究中心、中国-比利时地理信息联合实验室、东非自然资源与环境研究中心、泛非绿色长城研究中心、中德干旱区生态系统管理与环境变化联合研究中心等。

2.凡符合以下条件的在校本科大学生均可报名，经专家评审后决定是否录取。

① 地理学、植物学、生态学、气象学、水文学、环境科学、地质等相关专业大学三年级本科生（2026年毕业）。
</p>

② 本科就读高校必须是教育部规定的具有2026年免试推荐应届本科生攻读硕士学位资格的高校，可获得推免资格及一志愿报考者优先录取。

③ 申请人在大学本科阶段学习成绩优秀，总评成绩排名在本专业前30%，且至少获得过一次奖学金，在学期间无重修科目或补考记录，在校期间未受过纪律处分。

2.夏令营期间免费提供住宿(不含提前到所或延后离开时段)，食宿全部免费，另外，按疆内生源300元/人，疆外生源800元/人的标准发放一次性交通补贴。

3.我所研究生在学期间享受国家助学金、中国科学院大学学业奖、新疆生地所“助研/助教/助管”奖酬金，以上合计博士生不低于7万元/年，硕士生不低于3.3万元/年。

2.参加夏令营的同学须严格遵守夏令营活动安排、纪律要求及研究所相关规章制度。

3.夏令营活动期间的营员人身安全由本人负责。研究所统一为参加学生购买人身意外伤害保险，报到时签署安全责任协议。
