iCAN 大学生创新创业大赛(以下简称“iCAN 大赛”)始于 2007年，是鼓励原创精神，培养创新思维，提升实践能力的大学生综合性创新赛事。2010年，iCAN大赛入选《教育部、财政部关于批准 2010年度大学生竞赛资助项目的通知》(教高函13 号)大学生竞赛资助项目第2项，2023年入选《全国普通高校大学生竞赛分析报告》竞赛目录第54项。

大赛采用“机器视觉理实一体化实训平台”。该平台旨在通过虚拟仿真环境，模拟机器视觉系统“读取信息—传输信息—处理信息”的过程，考察参赛者对于光学成像技术、机械工程技术、图像处理、运动控制、人工智能算法等跨学科、跨专业技能的掌握程度和应用能力。比赛内容涵盖工业制造过程中识别、测量、定位和检测四大应用场景，以实际企业项目案例为蓝本，模拟实际工业产品检测设备。参赛者需独立设计并实施检测单元、运动过程、视觉算法搭建全流程，以实现AI视觉检测，助推智能制造关键技术发展。

参赛除进行虚拟仿真实操外，进入全国总决赛的团队需按照任务书要求提交一份AI视觉检测设计方案PPT。视觉检测方案应符合国家法律法规，必须为参赛团队原创，具有创新性和商业价值，且不得侵犯任何第三方知识产权，凡参赛团队必须接受大赛有关免责条款。

大赛提供统一竞赛及练习平台，组委会将为各报名院校负责人提供训练账号，供参赛团队自由训练，并统一组织在线培训，同时提供辅导答疑服务，培训具体时间另行通知。

</p>

省赛（区域赛）采用线上的形式进行视觉检测设计实操，根据系统自动生成的最终分数与排名进行评审，评分采用百分制。省赛（区域赛）成绩=AI视觉检测设计实操成绩×100%。

实操成绩按100分制计分，由高到低进行排名，如出现总成绩相同的情况，以仿真次数、视觉算法检测准确率、算法参数设置分、设备投入成本、产品产出效率、产品损耗率优先顺序进行比较，确定排名。小数点后保留两位。
