<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">中国科学院天津工业生物技术研究所（以下简称“天津工业生物技术研究所”）是中国科学院与天津市人民政府共建的中国科学院序列研究所，位于天津滨海新区空港经济区。天津工业生物所是从事生物技术创新推动工业领域生态发展的科研机构，肩负着创新生物产业关键核心技术、发展生物制造重大颠覆性技术，支撑我国生物经济高质量可持续发展的历史使命。其定位是：围绕绿色低碳和经济社会可持续发展的重大需求，面向国民经济主战场，面向工业生物科技前沿，以工程生物学为指导，以工业生物设计为核心，开展战略性、前瞻性的定向性建制化基础研究与应用基础研究，创新生物产业关键核心技术与重大颠覆性技术，构建工业经济发展的生态路线，服务于我国生物制造科技与绿色生物经济的创新发展。近年来，研究所取得了以二氧化碳人工合成淀粉为代表的系列重大科技成果，积极组建国家级创新平台，建有低碳合成工程生物学全国重点实验室，牵头建设由中国科学院与天津市人民政府共建的国家合成生物技术创新中心，建有工业酶国家工程研究中心、京津冀食品营养健康与安全创新平台、中国合成生物产业知识产权运营中心、生物技术国家专业化众创空间等创新平台，以及生物设计、高通量编辑与筛选、系统生物学、结构生物学、智能生物制造等先进技术平台。建有国家级国际科技合作基地及天津市国际科技合作基地，牵头组织的“工业酶产业技术创新战略联盟”已经获科技部批准为国家产业技术创新战略试点联盟。天津工业生物技术研究所以生物技术推动农业工业化、工业绿色化、产业国际化，把研究所建设成为在工业生物技术领域具有强大国际竞争力和重要影响力的、特色鲜明、不可替代的现代化研究所，努力为贯彻国家创新驱动发展战略、实现国家高水平科技自立自强发挥重要作用。</span><span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">其中，低碳合成工程生物学全国重点实验室面向碳达峰、碳中和与可持续发展重大需求，围绕二氧化碳转化利用和物质低碳制造，开展战略性、基础性、原创性的工程生物学应用基础研究，发展生物体工程化设计创制、低碳工业生物合成等技术体系，为建立以二氧化碳等可再生碳资源为工业原料的物质低碳制造模式提供核心科技支撑。工业酶国家工程研究中心围绕我国生物产业创新发展的重大需求，面向经济主战场，聚焦工业酶创制与应用关键工程化技术问题，打造工业酶设计改造、生产制备、工程应用与评价技术体系和服务平台。国家合成生物技术创新中心面向天津与国家经济社会发展重大需求，定位于实现从合成生物科学到合成生物技术的转化，促进合成生物科技成果产业化。中心以建成专业化、开放共享的国家科技平台为建设目标，形成合成生物技术创新的大联合、大协同、大网络，打造我国合成生物领域战略科技力量，为国家产业技术变革与国际竞争提供战略支撑。中心将凝聚百余个创新创业团队，科技人员总量规模逾千人，成为我国生物技术人才汇聚的高地、合成生物科技创新和产业发展的重大引擎。</span><span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">天津工业生物技术研究所是中国科学院大学研究生培养点之一，现有研究生导师96人，其中200余人次入选国家和省部级重要人才项目，现有各类型研究生600余人。拥有生物学、化学工程与技术2个一级学科博士、硕士培养点，材料与化工专业博士培养点，生物与医药、材料与化工2个全日制专业硕士学位培养点，拥有微生物学、生物化学与分子生物学、生物化工、应用化学、材料与化工5个博士招生专业，微生物学、生物化学与分子生物学、生物化工、应用化学、生物与医药、材料与化工6个硕士招生专业，并拥有独立招收博士后资格的博士后工作站和流动站。为加强科研院所与相关高校之间的沟通与合作，促进高校优秀大学生之间的交流与进步，培养优秀大学生热爱科研、勇于创新的精神，天津工业生物技术研究所将于2025年7月举办第十二届“新生物学与生物经济”大学生夏令营，详情如下：</span>
