自2020年起，为服务上海市集成电路、生物医药、人工智能三大先导产业和电子信息、新能源、高端装备等重点产业人才需求，信息学院积极与电子信息行业领军企业开展校企联合培养硕士项目，联培单位包括沐曦集成电路、上海新微半导体、上海汽车芯片工程中心、上海合合信息、上海曼光、联和投资、苏州睿芯集成电路、深圳市优优绿能、北京开源芯片研究院、广东省智能科学与技术研究院等知名企事业单位。

前两届（2023-2024）125名校企联培毕业生高质量就业成效显著，就业竞争力突出。就业去向包括上海华为技术有限公司、比亚迪股份有限公司、上海寻梦信息技术有限公司(拼多多)、上海哔哩哔哩科技有限公司、联影集团、 携程计算机技术（上海）有限公司等企业。部分毕业生也选择进入香港中文大学、北卡罗莱纳州立大学、伯明翰大学、上海交通大学、临港实验室等高校和科研院所继续深造。
