<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">学院牵头建设糖类药物省重点实验室聚焦糖类药物研发新理论、新方法与新策略，开展糖类原创药物研发，以期构筑糖类药物前沿阵地；学院与浙大金华院联合申报的省智能新药创制重点实验室致力于构建全流程智能药物设计平台。目前两个重点实验均进入省科技厅待完善建设方案名单中。学院现有化学生物学、药物化学、代谢与免疫药理学、糖类与感染性疾病4个研究中心，下设11个首席教授工作室，完备的科研梯队为保障科研工作的顺利开展提供坚实基础。同时，学院建设有高质量并独具特色的创新药物研发体系，包括人工智能药物设计与评价、高效化合物合成、原创靶标及机制发现与验证、多元化药物活性评价及成药性平台四大技术平台。此外，学院与百诚医药科技股份有限公司、浙江省人民医院共建实践基地，探索科研产业交叉融合模式，构建产学研医一体化协同体系，整合学术、企业技术与临床资源，打造全链条创新平台，培养复合型医药人才，推动科研成果转化及区域大健康产业发展。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">1.招募对象：化学、生物学、医学、药学、中药学、计算机、物理等相关学科的大学四年制本科三年级、五年制本科四年级学生（2026届毕业生），综合性大学的化学和生物学学生将优先招募。</span>
