为了促进各高校优秀大学生之间的交流与互动，开阔青年学子的知识视野，了解电子学科前沿动态，增进优秀大学生对西安交通大学电信学部电子科学与工程学院的了解，西安交通大学电信学部电子科学与工程学院将于2025年6月中下旬-7月初举办“全国优秀大学生夏令营”活动。在此次夏令营活动中，将通过专题介绍、学术讲座、互动交流等方式，让同学们体验未来学术生涯的无穷魅力，结交学界挚友，深入了解西安交通大学电信学部电子科学与工程学院。此次入选营员将获得我院2025年接收外校推荐免试研究生提前选拔的机会，现诚挚邀请广大学子踊跃参加。

一、活动时间和方式
</p>

活动时间：2025年6月中旬-7月初（活动预计持续两周）。
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
活动方式：学院进行线上宣讲，以各创新研究所为小组对营员进行面试（线上线下等具体形式由6个创新所自己决定）

二、活动内容
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
1、第一天：开营仪式、电信学部/电子学院概况介绍、教授专业解读、专家学术报告等，具体活动内容另行通知；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
2、之后两周：电子学院六个创新研究所组织营员完成面试（附件：六个创新所导师及联络老师名单）；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
三、申请条件
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
申请者应是2025届优秀应届本科毕业生，且满足下列条件之一：
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
1、“双一流”建设高校，综合成绩排名前20%；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
2、“双一流”建设学科或最新一轮教育部学科评估排名B+及以上学科院校，综合成绩排名前15%；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
3、非“双一流”院校，综合成绩排名前5%，经学院认定在科研、竞赛等方面有优异表现者。

四、申请流程
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
1、网上申报时间：2025年5月30日-6月5日。
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
2、学生注册填报：登录西安交通大学夏令营报名系统（http://yzbm.xjtu.edu.cn），报名项目选择“全国优秀大学生夏令营”——注册获取报名号——用报名号重新登录—阅读查看学院夏令营相关规定——填写报名信息、上传报名材料后保存提交（所有报名电子学院夏令营的学生必须在备注栏填写意向导师或者意向创新研究所，如缺失则无法获取入营资格）。

3、材料上传：请申请者在网报系统提交以下申请材料的彩色扫描件
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
1）学生证及身份证扫描件；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
2）加盖申请人所在学校/院教务处公章的截止目前的本科正式成绩单；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
3）英语四、六级证书复印件或其他外语水平的证明材料；
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
4）其他证明材料（如已发表论文、专利、各类获奖或资格证书)。
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
注：特别说明：系统报名，无需邮寄纸质材料！
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
材料审核：学院于6月10日前组织专家对报名材料进行审核并通过系统发放入营资格。
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
学生确认：入营学员于6月11日前在报名端点击确认是否参加，逾期不确认者视为放弃。
</p>

五、注意事项
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
1.未在规定时间内审核确认者视为自动放弃。
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
2.学生应全程参加夏令营各项活动。
</p>
<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; box-sizing: border-box;">
3.如果发现材料弄虚作假，学院将取消或者追回夏令营活动中获得的权益，并保留追诉的权利。
</p>

4.未能参加夏令营的同学可关注学院后期的预推免招生活动。
</p>
