为提高商学院优秀硕士生对学院学科专业的了解程度、加深对商学院研究生学习生涯的印象，强化全国本科生对天津财经大学商学院的良好认知，学院将于2025年7月5日-6日举办优秀本科生暑期夏令营，欢迎有志于就读天津财经大学商学院研究生的优秀学子，报名参加交流活动。


一、学院简介


  天津财经大学商学院成立于2004年，渊源于南开大学经济管理类专业，历史可以追溯到学校1958年创建之初的商业经济系与工业管理专业。在近70年的发展历程中，涌现出一批在国内外享有盛名的专家、学者，现拥有国家级教学名师、国务院政府特贴专家、国家级模范教师、教育部新世纪人才、天津市教学名师、天津市学科领军人才、天津市突出贡献专家等，入选天津市“131创新人才工程”18名。学院成立20年来学科、专业取得长足进步，目前工商管理一级学科和应用经济一级学科均为天津市顶尖学科，在第四轮和第五轮学科专业评估中两个学科均位列B+等次。学院共设5个系部，国家一流本科专业在5个系部实现了全覆盖，目前拥有一门国家级一流课程、五门天津市一流课程。商学院于2005年获得工商管理一级学科博士学位授予权以及博士后流动站，在企业管理、公司治理、技术经济及管理、产业经济学4个专业方向招收博士生；拥有企业管理、公司治理、技术经济及管理、旅游管理、产业经济学、区域经济学等6个学术学位硕士点，拥有旅游管理专业学位硕士点。20年来，学院凝练了“成为区域性独具特色的卓越商学院”发展愿景、确定了“赋能师生员工、培育商界英才”的使命、形成了“勤学善思、守正创新”的核心价值观。


  天财商学院的毕业生遍布各行各业，很多校友已经成为相关政府部门、企事业单位的高管或负责人，为我院研究生的学用融通、产研结合、就业发展起到重要的支撑作用。


二、夏令营基本情况介绍


  2025年商学院第六届暑期夏令营将继续为全国有志于经管研究和从事经管工作的优秀本科生提供短期学习和交流平台，同时夏令营特别欢迎优秀的工科学生和理科学生入营。夏令营以“数智融合、创新发展”的理念，以“共赢、共享”为主题，通过讲座、研讨等形式，为广大优秀学子提供开拓视野、展示风采的机会，为崇尚学术、富于创新的本科生提供攻读企业管理、公司治理、技术经济与管理、产业经济学、区域经济学、旅游管理专业学术型硕士的机会。所有获得优秀营员资格的同学，在获得目前就读学校推免资格后，将有机会直接攻读天津财经大学商学院学术型硕士。


三、2025年夏令营计划


（一）活动形式与内容


2025年夏令营采取线上、线下相结合的方式，活动内容包括励志讲座、专题研讨、天津百年商业参观、综合测试等。


线下参营的同学，夏令营期间学校提供统一餐饮和住宿（交通费自理）；线上入营的同学通过腾讯会议参会。


（二）活动时间安排


1.报名阶段


即日—6月25日：宣传、报名阶段；


6月26日—6月29日：资格审查、选拔；


6月30日：公布入围名单、下达通知。


2.天津财经大学商学院2025年线上、线下夏令营活动拟定于2025年7月5日至6日举行。

（三）申请条件


  申请者须同时具备以下条件：


  1.政治思想品德优秀、身心健康。


  2.面向本科三年级经管类学生（预计2026年夏季本科毕业），同时欢迎工科和理科学生入营。非经济与管理类专业学生具备良好的数理、经济或管理学基础，其中第二学位为经济管理类专业或辅修经济管理类专业课程、选修过相关经济管理学类课程者可优先考虑。


  3.前五学期平均学分绩点排名位于所在专业前列；科研潜力和专业素质突出。


（四）申请材料


  学生申请参加夏令营活动需要提交以下材料：


  1．《天津财经大学商学院夏令营申请表》一份，手写签字（见附件1）；


  2．个人陈述（包括个人基本情况、已有科研成果、未来的学习和研究计划等，不超过2000字）；


  3．证明科研潜力的成果，包括：


  ①参营论文或调研报告（字数不少于6000字，按照国标进行排版，PDF版，见附件2）；


  ②其他证明科研能力的研究成果；


  4. 提供自己最终的学分绩点和专业排名情况材料（PDF版）；


  5. 英语水平证书；


  6. 学业竞赛的获奖证书（扫描件电子版，PDF版）；


  7. 申请者本人学生证复印件（学号页、注册页扫描件电子版，PDF版）；


（五）申请方式


  采取网上申请方式，在2025年6月25日前，申请人将《天津财经大学商学院2025年暑期夏令营申请表》、个人陈述及其他证明材料电子版发送到邮箱：shangxueyuan@tjufe.edu.cn，命名格式为****大学+姓名。


（六）材料审核与营员入选选拔


1.根据学生提交的申请材料，确定夏令营参营名单并报领导小组审核。


2.夏令营入营名单将于6月30日在商学院网站上公布，并以邮件方式通知本人，请保持邮箱畅通。未入选者，不另行通知。


3.入选营员请在营员录取名单公布之日起两日内确认是否参加，未确认的视为自动放弃此资格。


（七）优秀营员选拔与考核


  优秀营员选拔与考核分两个部分进行，包括材料评估和综合面试。


  1.材料评估


  材料评估以营员提交的材料为依据，包括：学习成绩、科研潜力、外语水平等情况。


  2.综合面试


  综合面试主要考核营员科研素养、本专业的知识掌握情况、研究生阶段学习与科研计划、职业生涯设计等。


  申请参营学生须诚实守信，如有弄虚作假，一经查实，取消其参营资格。营员报到后要求全程参加夏令营活动，并严格遵守天津财经大学相关规定。
