<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">北京大学国际法学院（Peking University School of Transnational Law，简称“北大国法”或“STL”）创立于2008年，是中国内地唯一一所提供全面普通法教育的法学院，也是全球唯一一所将美国职业法学教育（J.D.）和中国法律硕士（J.M.）两种培养模式与内容相结合，致力于培养具备全球视野和国际竞争力的专业涉外法治人才。学院同时开设面向国际学生的两年制LL.M.项目，构建了特色鲜明的国际化法律人才培养体系。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">作为中国最早且规模最大的涉外法治人才培养项目，其课程体系创新性地将中国法、美国法和国际法有机结合，特别强化民商法、跨境争议解决、知识产权等实务领域教学。采用苏格拉底式案例教学法，通过高强度互动研讨，系统培养学生的批判性思维、逻辑推理能力以及跨文化法律实务能力。学院毕业生广泛活跃于国际顶尖律所、跨国企业、政府部门及国际组织，成为连接中国与全球法律实践的重要桥梁。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">北大国法自2009年起每年暑期举办优秀大学生夏令营（Summer Honors Program，简称SHP），通过苏格拉底式教学法，结合普通法J.D.和中国法律硕士入门课程教育以及知名企业法务部门和相关法律机构参访活动，培养学员对法律的兴趣和热情，引导学员进入法律之门。每年都有大量夏令营学员选择进入我院攻读普通法J.D.和中国法律硕士学位项目。</span>
