一、申请基本资格条件

导师团所接收的推荐免试硕士研究生的本科毕业学校（不含天津大学）应为一流大学建设高校（42所）。

四、资格审查

申请者须提交如下材料（通过报名系统提交电子版照片）：

导师团以教育背景、学业水平、科研能力、综合素质为主要评价依据对申请者进行资格评审。申请结果由导师团通知合格入围者，未接到通知的同学皆为未入选者，不再另行通知。
