<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">（一）参营人数：原则上100人左右，学院可根据报名人数和生源情况适当调整。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">（二）活动安排：7月4日报到，7月5-6日活动。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">（三）后勤安排：学院为参营人员购买夏令营活动期间人身意外伤害保险、提供夏令营活动期间在汉食宿（武汉市本地高校学生不提供住宿），2026年我院研究生新生入学后凭票报销参营硬卧火车票或汽车票费用（请妥善保存好票据）。</span>

</p>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">1. 国内外高水平大学、全国重点大学的本科三年级在校生（2026届毕业生，含境外高校当年毕业学生），或所在学科为国家双一流学科，在最新一轮学科水平评估中排名靠前的本科三年级在校生（2026届毕业生），个别有突出成果或特殊专业特长的其他高校的本科三年级在校生（2026届毕业生）也可申请；</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">2. 学习成绩优异，预计可获得所在学校推免资格或有意向报考我院；</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">申请人完成报名后，须在6月21日前将申请材料按（1）（2）（4）的顺序扫描成一个PDF文件（文件大小不超过10M），PDF文件作为普通附件，命名格式为“夏令营-本科学校-姓名”（例如：夏令营-**大学-张三），发送至邮箱：hexiaoran@whu.edu.cn，邮件标题为“夏令营-本科学校-姓名”。只在腾讯文档中申请未提交电子材料者，报名将不予受理。</span>

</p>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">材料审核由学院组织工作专班负责，根据学生提交的申请材料，对照申请条件，依据公布的参营人数，确定夏令营参营名单并报研究生院审核；经审核通过的夏令营参营名单在医学研究院网站上公布，并邮件发送入营通知（届时未接到入营通知的同学皆为未入选者，不再另行通知）。营员要在参营人员名单公布之日起3日内回复邮件确认是否参加，逾期未确认视为放弃资格。</span>
