2025年四川大学法学院第七届法律实证研究夏令营申报通知

<span style="font-size: 14px;">四川大学法学院、四川省哲学社会科学“实证法学与智慧法治”重点实验室将于2025年6-7月举办第七届“法律实证研究夏令营”活动。本夏令营系学习型夏令营，旨在增进国内高校优秀本科生和研究生对法律实证研究的了解，以及对四川大学法律实证研究所、四川省哲学社会科学重点实验室——实证法学与智慧法治重点实验室的认识，共同推进中国法律实证研究的创新与发展。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">四川大学法律实证研究夏令营为期12天（<strong>2025年6月30日-7月11日</strong>），现面向校内外本科生、研究生招收优秀学生，总营员数不超过30人。夏令营不收取任何费用，外校同学由四川省哲学社会科学重点实验室——实证法学与智慧法治重点实验室免费提供食宿，交通费自理。夏令营通过聘请国内外顶尖法律实证研究专家开展系列专题讲座的形式进行线上及线下教学和师生研讨，培养营员对实证法律研究的兴趣和热情，引导学员进入法律实证研究之门，并为表现优秀者颁发优秀营员证书。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">1.申请者应为“双一流”建设大学或国内知名大学法学类、数学类、计算机类等相关专业在校本科生或研究生。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">2.学习成绩优异，本科成绩排名在本校同年级本专业前10%之内。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">3.对法学有浓厚兴趣，有志于从事实证法律研究，一般应有实证研究的具体经验并提出具体的实证研究项目设计。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">4.应有两名教授的书面推荐信。</span>
</p>
<p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;">
<span style="font-size: 14px;">5.英语听说读写能力强。全国大学生英语六级500分及以上、或TOEFL 80分及以上、或IELTS 6.5分及以上。</span>
</p>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">三、申请材料</span>
</p>
<p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;">
<span style="font-size: 14px;">1.《申请表》（附件1），本科生附专业排名证明。</span>
</p>
<p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;">
<span style="font-size: 14px;">2.两封推荐信。</span>
</p>
<p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;">
<span style="font-size: 14px;">3.其他证明材料。包括：（1）有关于实证研究方面的经历或项目设计的证明材料；（2）代表性论文1篇（如有，无论发表与否）提供全文或详细摘要，其他已发表论文提供期刊目录、论文首页，未发表论文提供单页摘要；（3）与法学专业相关的获奖或资格证书；（4）各类英语考试成绩单复印件等。证明材料应尽量简明扼要。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">4.参营提交的所有材料均应保证真实可靠。一经查出有与实际情况不符之处，将取消参营资格。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px;">所有申请者需同时将《申请表》（附件1）、成绩单、证书及其他材料扫描件（合并成一个PDF文件），于2025年<strong>6月20日18:00点</strong>前发送至邮箱：scufxyszxly2021@126.com。邮件主题、PDF文件名命名方式：姓名—学校—夏令营（如：张三—四川大学—夏令营）。</span>

</p>
<p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;">
<span style="font-size: 14px;">本届夏令营材料审核评审和营员名单确认工作将于6月25日18:00前结束，届时录取名单将在四川大学法学院官网（http://law.scu.edu.cn/）主页公布。</span>
