为促进青年学生对北大医学的了解，增进学生之间的相互交流，激发青年学生对基础医学学科兴趣，北京大学基础医学院拟于2025年7月上旬举办“全国优秀大学生暑期夏令营活动。

一、申请资格

1．拥护中华人民共和国宪法，拥护中国共产党领导和社会主义制度；具有良好的政治素质和道德品行；遵守法律、法规和学校的规章制度；心理素质好；

2．将于2026年毕业的有医学和生物学背景的在读本科生，及对基础医学有浓厚兴趣，有志于从事基础医学研究工作的其他专业在读本科生；

1.夏令营申请表1份（进入zs.bjmu.edu.cn夏令营申请系统填写，填写完毕后自动生成申请表），申请表须由申请人本人手写签字及所在学校教务处或院系负责人签字盖章，不能使用电子签名或人名章；

3.本科历年成绩单1份，须加盖申请人所在学校教务部门公章；

4.国家英语四级、六级考试成绩、TOEFL成绩、IELTS成绩、GRE成绩等体现自身英语水平的证明1份（官方认证的纸质成绩单复印件）；

5.申请人在本科学习期间成绩排名证明(含专业成绩排名和综合成绩排名。因排名系统不同，请依照所在本科院校排名的规定填写，由所在学校教务部门盖章或院系出具证明；请与所在本科院校联系确认，成绩排名是专业课排名还是所有课程的成绩排名，请在申请表上备注说明）；

上述材料中，除第6项由申请人依据自身实际情况提交，其余7项均为必须提交材料。申请人须保证所提交材料真实有效，若有虚假将取消入营资格与后续活动报名资格，后果由申请人本人承担。

三、申请流程

1. 网上申请

申请人登录网址zs.bjmu.edu.cn，注册、登录并按照系统指引完成报名，确认并提交后进入结束环节方算报名成功。每个学生仅能申请学院内的一个专业，网上申请系统开放时间为6月13日00:00，网上申报截止时间为6月22日23:59:59。

请按照上文“二、申请材料”顺序（专家推荐信不用提交电子版）扫描合并成一个PDF文件（勿打压缩包），文件命名为“姓名+学校+申报专业名称”，上传到夏令营申请系统。所提交的材料须为原件扫描版。同时，请单独上传1张1寸证件照（JPG格式，小于300kb），命名为“姓名+申报专业名称”。

四、审核及选拔

审核及选拔工作由我院组织专门工作小组负责。夏令营入营名单将以邮件方式直接发送到申请者报名时预留电子信箱，请保持邮件畅通。

五、其他事项

1. 因报名同学较多，不提供电话确认。

2.所提交的申请材料只适用于当次申请，所收材料不予退换。只完成网上申请、未按时提供纸质材料者，或不在规定系统里上传申请材料者均视为自动放弃。
