<span style="line-height: 24px; font-size: 14px;">数字媒体工程与人文学院是湖南工商大学面向信息技术与人文学科交叉领域、贯彻“新工科+新商科+新医科+新文科”与理科融合发展理念的二级学院。为服务国家实施文化数字化战略，建设文化强国，学院坚持立德树人，走质量立身、特色强校、科教融汇、产教融合的道路，开展数字媒体技术与人文学科跨界研究，打造文化和科技融合发展特色，培养基于学科交叉的卓越人才，助力数字中国建设以及湖南省“三高四新”美好蓝图实现。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;">目前，学院设有“中国语言文学”、“新闻与传播”、“图书情报”3个硕士学位点以及“智能媒体系”、“数字人文系”、“数字传播系”3个系部。拥有一支由院士引领的结构合理、实力强劲、专兼结合的师资队伍。现有专任教师48人，其中国家杰青1人，湖南省中青年骨干教师3人，湖南省芙蓉计划湖湘青年英才（荷尖人才）1人，望瀚青年英才1人；教授10人、副教授14人，博士26人。教师团队主要来自清华大学、北京大学、复旦大学、武汉大学、美国夏威夷大学、英国曼彻斯特大学等海内外知名学府。此外，学院拥有多位引智人才，如湖南广播电视台原党委书记、台长吕焕斌先生、原中南大学文学与新闻传播学院院长，博士生导师刘泽民教授等。</span>

<span style="line-height: 24px; font-size: 14px;">学院牵头建设湖南工商大学“十四五”校级特色优势与交叉学科“数字传媒与人文艺术”的智能媒体计算、中文数字化与文艺智慧传播2个方向；以人工智能、大数据等新一代信息技术驱动，文化和科技融合发展，聚焦习近平文化思想研究、Web3.0与元宇宙、数字媒体传播与治理、文化数智化传承与创新等领域，在优化组合文学、语言学和计算机等学科相关资源的基础上，进一步整合校内外资源，支撑中国语言文学、新闻与传播、图书情报等学位点建设，是湖南湘商文化研究会会长单位、湖南省城市文化研究会和湖南省伏羲文化研究会副会长单位。</span>

<span style="font-size: 14px; line-height: 24px;">图书情报学位点师资团队学术背景多元，集图书馆学、档案学、情报学、管理科学与工程、计算机应用技术等多领域交叉融合，形成了一支由省新世纪121人才、省中青年骨干教师、学校麓山青年学者、全国高校黄大年式教师团队成员组成的中青年教学科研团队，现有校内外专、兼职硕士生导师49人，正高职称19人、副高职称22人；博士21人；享受国务院特殊津贴专家2人，享受湖南省政府特殊津贴专家1人，湖南省文史研究馆馆员1人，湖南省青年骨干教师3人。学位点设有信息服务与信息产业、信息安全与数据治理、数字人文等3个专业方向。毕业生能够在党政机关、科研院所、高等院校、图书馆、档案馆、信息管理企事业单位从事有关图书档案管理、数据挖掘、信息咨询、情报分析、数字文物、数字文献、数字非遗保护与开发等工作。</span>
