为了促进各高校优秀大学生之间的交流互动，增进优秀大学生对西北农林科技大学的了解，激发青年学生对相关学科学习和研究的兴趣，吸引更多的优秀学子报考我校研究生，学校决定举办“西北农林科技大学2025年优秀大学生夏令营”活动，现就相关事项通知如下：

一、活动主题

本次夏令营活动主题为“教民稼穑，后稷有人”，寓意承远古农神后稷之志，行当代“教民稼穑”之为，为国家“三农”事业发展选拔高层次高质量人才做充分准备。

“优秀大学生夏令营”活动由研究生院协调安排，各学院具体组织实施，原则上只能以线下形式举办。

三、活动形式及内容

夏令营活动的具体安排由各学院自行确定，重点宣传解读我校历史文化、培养理念、学科建设、研招政策、培养方案、导师团队、学生就业等，组织学生参观教学、科研、实验等。

四、申请条件

1.全国高等院校有志攻读我校研究生的2026届应届本科毕业生。

2.遵守宪法和法律，拥护中国共产党的领导和社会主义制度。

5.学习成绩优秀，本科前三年综合成绩排名在本专业前30%之内，达到所在学校推荐免试生要求者优先。

6.外语成绩优秀，英语四级成绩在425分以上或者其他同等级别英语水平证明；通过英语六级者优先。

1.《西北农林科技大学优秀大学生夏令营申请表》；

2.前三年本科阶段成绩单（须本科所在学校教务部门盖章并注明专业排名和专业总人数）；

1.网上系统报名：申请人须在学院规定时间内在我校夏令营报名系统中填报信息（申请网址：


https://yjszs.nwafu.edu.cn/yjszs/plugins/zs/zsxsd/entrance#/entrance）。

注：“夏令营报名系统”将于6月17日正式开通，报名截止时间见相关学院通知。

2.材料提交程序：申请人须将申请材料按照学院格式扫描为PDF格式电子版，在提交截止日期前按照学院要求上传。

3.申请后不需要寄送纸质版材料，获得入营资格后，再按照相关要求寄送至相应学院。

七、营员资格审定

1.材料审核：由各学院研究生办公室对申请者的材料进行统一接收并审核是否符合申请要求。

2.资格审定：由各学院夏令营评审工作小组负责，严格把控入选学生名单。

3.营员人数：各学院根据本学院实际情况合理计划入营人数及优秀营员人数。

4.结果通知：入营资格审定工作结束后，入选名单须在各举办学院网站上公布并以电话或短信等形式直接通知本人，届时未接到入选通知的学生皆为未入选者，不再另行通知。

八、时间安排

1.6月中下旬，各学院制定《2025年优秀大学生夏令营活动工作方案》，发布优秀大学生夏令营活动通知，组织报名，开展资格审核工作，并确定参营学生，将具体事项通知参营学生。

2.7月-8月中旬，各学院举办“2025年优秀大学生夏令营”活动。

九、工作要求

1.各学院根据本学科招生人数、生源质量情况，结合近年夏令营活动开展成效，自主确定2025年优秀大学生夏令营活动的形式；对于举办夏令营的学院，学校根据开展情况给予一定的博士、硕士研究生招生指标支持。

2.各学院《优秀大学生夏令营活动工作方案》须根据学科特点明确活动内容、日程安排、营员考核细则等，于6月27日前通过研究生招生工作管理系统（https://yjszs.nwafu.edu.cn/yjszs/pubcas/index）文件收发管理模块报送主管院长签字盖章的扫描件。

3.各学院按照活动的日程安排及时发布通知，广泛宣传，做好学生报名、资格审核等工作；严格考核优秀营员资格，为提高生源质量做好准备。
