<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">学院拥有“电子科学与技术”一级学科，2005年获批一级学科博士授权点，2011年、2016年、2021年入选江苏省重点学科，2013年入选工信部两化融合类重点学科，2023年入选江苏省高校优势学科（应用转型类）；二级学科“电磁场与微波技术”是1981年国家首批硕士学位授权学科，2007年入选国家重点学科，2008年、2016年入选国防特色学科。设有物理电子学、电路与系统、微电子学与固体电子学、电磁场与微波技术、新一代电子信息技术（量子方向）、集成电路工程等硕士专业；设有电子科学与技术、电子信息等博士专业。</span><span style="color: rgb(110, 13, 110);box-sizing: border-box;"><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">所有学生均在南京校区培养</strong></span><span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">学院坚持产教融合、科教融汇、国际融通的人才培养战略。获批集成电路与集成系统工信部校企协同育人基地、电磁计算与射频感知江苏省高校国际合作联合实验室、江苏省外国专家工作室。拥有近程射频感知芯片与微系统教育部重点实验室、电磁仿真与射频感知工业和信息化部重点实验室等省部级以上科研平台，入选全国先进半导体行业产教融合共同体副理事长单位，为学校国家卓越工程师学院工程师技术中心。学院实行“双导师制”，由中国电科的首席科学家、首席专家等高层次人才与学院专任教师共同担任导师，开设校企共建专业和课程，构建适应产业发展需求的课程体系、实验平台和实习实践基地体系，培养集成电路领域拔尖创新人才。</span>
