<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;"></span><strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">厦门大学财务管理与会计研究院（The Institute for Financial & Accounting Studies, IFAS）是国家“985工程”全国唯一的财务与会计创新基地。</strong><span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">厦门大学工商管理学科历史悠久，早在厦门大学创建之初就成立了商学部。2007年，厦门大学工商管理学科被教育部评为全国首批五个“工商管理一级学科国家重点学科”之一，2013年教育部学科评估位列全国前三，2017年全国第四轮学科评估为“A”类一流学科。通过英国工商管理硕士协会(Association of MBAs，简称AMBA)、欧洲管理发展基金会质量提升认证体系（EFMD Quality Improvement System，简称EQUIS）和国际商学院协会（The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business International，简称AACSB）三大国际权威商学认证，包括AMBA五年期、EQUIS五年期再认证、AACSB学院认证和AACSB会计认证。</span>

<strong style="box-sizing: border-box;">研究院致力于世界同行认可的财务与会计原创性研究和国际化教学，英文授课。</strong><span style="text-indent: 2em;box-sizing: border-box;">自2005年建院以来，研究院以厦门大学会计发展研究中心和厦门大学管理学院为依托，以全球视野广纳贤能，已从美国、英国、日本、新加坡、澳大利亚、比利时、荷兰及中国香港和内地著名高校陆续引进优秀青年学者，并取得优异的科研成果。研究院大力开展与国际同行间的交流与合作，努力为现有团队提供广阔的学术发展平台。本院依循国际标准开设硕士和博士课程，邀请海内外优秀学者和业界精英授课、讲座和咨询，以培养具有国际水准的硕士和博士研究生。本院的多名硕士毕业生在国内外的研究型大学继续攻读会计和财务领域的博士学位，其他硕士毕业生多在银行、证券公司、保险公司、基金、私募股权、非金融业大公司、证券交易所、证监和银监部门任职,多年来毕业生保持百分之百全就业。本院定期举办国际合作硕士研究生班，承办全国研究生暑期学校、国际博士生论坛、会计和财务的国际学术会议。关于本院更多信息，请访问http://ifas.xmu.edu.cn。</span>
