<span style="text-indent: 2.1429em;box-sizing: border-box;">中央民族大学法学院诞生于中国式现代化与中华民族伟大复兴的关键进程之中，具有鲜明的红色基因和稳健的法治理念，长期坚持为国育才，为党育人，为中华文化做传承，为治国理政献智慧。自1979年开始招收法学专业本科生以来，法学院在教育教学、人才培养、科学研究、学科建设、社会服务、国际交流等方面取得了长足进步，逐步探索出一条主流化与特色化兼备的法学教育之路。2011年获批法学一级学科硕士点，2012年入选教育部、中央政法委员会首批应用型、复合型“卓越法律人才”教育培养基地，2019年获批国家级“一流专业”，2021年获批教育部首批新文科研究与改革实践项目并牵头申报获批国家留学基金委“文明互鉴国际组织后备人才培养项目”，2025年获批中宣部宣传文化法治研究基地（试点）。法学院在第五轮学科评估中位列B-，在2025年软科学排名中位居法学类第51名，保持稳步发展态势。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">学科体系完备，专业特色鲜明，人才梯队逐步完善。设有公法与理论法学、刑事法学、民商与经济法学、国际法与涉外法学4个系，重点建设中央民族大学人权研究中心、中央民族大学台港澳研究中心两个校级科研平台。在研究生培养方面，学院设有法理学、宪法学、行政法学、民商法学、刑法学、国际经济法学6个学术型硕士学位授权点，以及法学法硕和非法学法硕专业学位授予点。学院现有教职工66人，其中专任教师53人。先后有多名教师获得“宝钢优秀教师奖”、“北京市教育系统教书育人先锋”、“国家民委中青年英才”“国家民委青年教学标兵”“北京市高校青年教师教学基本功比赛一等奖”“中国法学家论坛一等奖”、“中国法学会法学研究优秀成果奖二等奖”、“董必武青年法学成果奖”、“王保树商法学优秀博士论文奖”、“北京市优秀辅导员”、“首都大学生暑期社会实践先进工作者”、“中央民族大学杰出育人奖”等各级各类荣誉。学院多位博导在学校其他学院博士点招收培养法学交叉学科博士生。在校博士、硕士和本科生2130余人。毕业生遍布中央和地方各级党政机关、企业事业单位、知名律所和海外机构，积极投身服务于国家和地方法治建设一线，积极支持国家“一带一路”高质量发展相关的法律服务与风险合规需求，赢得用人单位的良好反馈与社会满意评价，涌现出“全国脱贫攻坚先进个人”荣城、“全国五一劳动奖章”获得者王静、“最美大学生村官”迟得双及越来越多的涉外法律服务专家等先进典型。</span>

<span leaf="" style="box-sizing: border-box;">学院坚持高质量党建引领高质量发展，打造 “党旗引航”等特色党建品牌，聚焦铸牢中华民族共同体意识主线，落实立德树人根本任务，以党建推动教学提升、促进科研创新、护航立德树人，不断推动学院高质量发展。自2018年以来，学院教师在《中国社会科学》《法学研究》《中国法学》《人民日报》《光明日报》《学习时报》等核心期刊、报刊发表文章650余篇，承担国家社科基金、教育部、司法部、国家民委、北京市等各类纵向科研、教改项目100余项，出版学术专著、教材等50余部，对国家决策有重要参考价值的研究报告或资政报告近50篇，多名教师参与到国家民委政法专班和社团专班、中宣部工作专班、中央港澳办专班、中纪委纪检组驻国家民委专班等；为《民族团结进步促进法》《民法典》《文物保护法》《维护国家安全条例》（香港）等30余部法律法规提供立法论证；为联合国教科文组织以及中央统战部、全国人大常委会、最高人民法院、司法部、国家民委等40余家中央和地方各级党政机关提供决策咨询。2024年，学院有七名学者入选法学学科“2024年中国知网高被引学者TOP1%”榜单。近年来，学院积极举办“两岸关系新形势与中华民族共同体建设新课题”学术交流会、“一国两制与港澳台治理”学术论坛、“政法研究与法律人类学对话”学术研讨会、文化遗产法国际研讨会等，邀请朱苏力、宋华琳、黄文艺、周尚君、邵善波、周勇、车浩等知名法学专家来院交流讲座，有效提升了学院知名度、影响力和对外学术交流能力。</span>
